"Never ask a girl with winged eyeliner why she's late!" I'm sure you've heard that one before. Winged eyeliner is notoriously tricky to a) make it even & b) make sharp enough to cut!
Today I'm going to take you step by step through exactly what you need, what to do & how to fix it if you need to!
What You'll Need:
1. Good lighting
2. A mirror you can get close to
3. A small angled eyeliner brush
4. Dark Shadow
5. Gel Eyeliner or Felt Tip Eyeliner. I prefer gel because it dries slower than felt tip making more forgiving, but either will do. Just DO NOT use a pencil. A pencil liner isn't thin or sharp enough for the precision work we'll be doing.
6. A Q-Tip
7. Makeup remover
